The large 2.25 hp 3-stage vac motor generates 137" waterlift and fiber drying 101cfm. A huge 1/3 hp DC rectified motor turns the chevron style cylindrical brush at 1700 rpm. The double "shaft-through" design also powers the pumphead. Virtually all motor power is directed to the brush after initial start up. This relationship provides 80% more power to the brush than conventional motor configurations.

The control panel is simple to operate and understand. A fingertip operated accessory switch allows fast and easy conversion to operate optional wand or upholstery tool. The solution pump out feature allows complete removal of unused solution with an on-board hose and the flip of a switch. This totally eliminates the need for cumbersome valves or levers.

The polyethylene solution and recovery tanks boast a full five year warranty against cracking, breaking, and corroding. The solution tank is removable and contains a fine 100 mesh strainer to keep clogging debris out of the solution lines, pump, and spray jet. The spray jet is recessed for protection and is practically impossible to block, avoiding streaking and overwetting.
